Shipping Within Canada: 
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50 CDN

This offer qualifies for orders of $50 or more, before taxes. Most orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited or FedEx. We have the right to ship products to you with the carrier of our choice for free shipping. All orders over $100 require a signature upon acceptance** Orders get shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped.

Orders under $50 are shipped by Canada Post. Pricing options will be supplied to you at checkout. Pricing options are based on the weight and size of the item, as well as your postal code. Orders that are shipped with extra shipping paid to get overnight or priority shipping, the timelines are given are calculated by Canada Post or FedEx. The moment that package leaves Terra Outdoor Gear it is the responsibility of the carrier to ship to you on time, there could be delays. If you need a package shipped ASAP please CALL US, to ensure we process your package first. Timelines given by FedEx & Canada Post are suggested not always guaranteed. Check with us first.

Online orders are processed between Monday to Friday only and can take up to 1-2 business days to process depending on volume. Lead times may increase over holidays and sale events to an additional 4-5 days, but we do our best to get you your package as soon as possible!

** If you do not want a signature required on your package, please leave us a note at checkout. If you are not home your package can be pick up at your local post depot. Packages that are left at your door are your responsibility once delivered. We suggest a signature required over orders $100 to prevent theft.

All orders over $100 require a signature upon acceptance** Orders get shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice may arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail from USPS or FedEx. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Terra Outdoor Gear is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information. Orders under $800 are not subject to extra fees under Section 321 of CBP, but it is ultimately out of our control.
